LIVELLO is looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, has a passion for Italian cuisine, and understands the importance of consistency, quality, and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, flavor, and presentation.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation.
  • Assist with prep work and daily kitchen operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and management.
  • Ensure all dishes meet LIVELLO's quality standards before leaving the kitchen.

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook experience required.
  • Experience in Italian cuisine or upscale dining is a plus.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food safety.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
